When
Can I receive my order via regular ground shipping? Please refer to the table below
based on UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Order can always be
expedited using expedited shipping methods.

Business
day is Monday through Friday, excluding any holidays.
Please do not count the shipping day as Day One of your
shipping. If we ship on Thursday, Friday is Day One,
Monday is Day Two, Tuesday is Day Three, etc. You will receive an email with UPS
or FedEx tracking number and scheduled delivery date once the order is shipped out.

To
find out shipping cost, simply add products to shopping cart and enter
shipping zip code. Shipping method can be
chosen before finalizing and paying for an order.

If you are
shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or another country,
please call us to place an order.

All
our orders are insured with UPS or FedEx. Our shipping rates
already include the insurance cost. There is no need to
purchase additional insurance.

you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse to

International shipping
cost paid to Glow With Us will not
include any duty cost and customs fees. Intentional
customers will be responsible for paying applicable duty
cost and customs fees.

Please ensure shipping address accuracy to avoid
additional cost imposed by UPS or FedEx due to address corrections
& changes. UPS and FedEx charges $15 for each address correction and
change. If you provide an incorrect address or change the
shipping address after your package has been shipped and
UPS
or FedEx
charges Glow With Us for it, you will be
responsible for the charges. Documentation can be provided
upon request by the customer.
